Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Who we are
GrowthOS is a growth and retention platform for hair, beauty and wellness businesses. It is operated by Growth OS Technology Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH ("we", "us"). Company number: 17530012.
These terms form the agreement between us and the business that holds the account ("you"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. What the service does
GrowthOS connects to systems you already use, such as your booking system, your Google Business Profile, your Instagram professional account and your Meta advertising account, and brings that information together so you can see which marketing brings in clients who actually turn up, and win back the ones who have not returned. Depending on your plan and what you connect, it can:
- show bookings, attendance, revenue, utilisation and lapsed clients;
- host a booking page for your business;
- send booking reminders, review requests and win-back messages to your clients by email and SMS;
- draft replies to your Google reviews and publish posts to your Google profile;
- report bookings back to Meta and Google Ads so you can see which ads worked;
- suggest actions through the GrowthOS assistant (section 6).
We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what the service does for your plan, we will tell you in advance.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without your authority.
You may invite colleagues to your organisation as members or admins. Anyone you invite can see the data in that organisation, so invite only people you intend to have that access. You remain responsible for what they do.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use GrowthOS to:
- send marketing to anyone who has not given the consent required by law, or who has opted out;
- upload or process personal data you have no lawful basis to hold, or that you obtained without permission;
- publish anything unlawful, misleading or infringing on your booking page, your Google profile or in messages to your clients;
- break the terms of any connected platform, including Meta, Google, Stripe or your booking provider;
- attempt to access another customer's data, probe or disrupt the service, or work around any technical limit or access control;
- resell or provide the service to a third party without our written agreement.
You are responsible for compliance with the law that applies to your own marketing, including UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Before any message goes to a client, GrowthOS checks the consent recorded in your booking system and our opt-out list, and it will not send marketing to a client with no recorded consent. The consent records themselves, and the lawful basis for contacting your clients, are yours.
5. Connected platforms
Connecting a third-party account is optional. When you connect one, you authorise us to access only what that platform grants, for the purposes below, for as long as the connection stays in place. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we read, store and share for each.
- Google Business Profile: your locations, reviews and profile performance. With your permission we also publish review replies, posts and offers, and your booking link. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Google Analytics and Search Console: read-only reports, through access you grant to our service account inside Google.
- Instagram (Meta): your professional account's profile, posts and their engagement metrics, so we can report on content performance. We do not post on your behalf. Our use of information received from Meta APIs follows Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
- Meta advertising: campaign spend and results, the reporting of bookings as conversions, and, only when you approve an action, pausing or running campaigns and changing their budget or audience.
- Your booking system (Fresha or SimplyBook.me): appointments, services, team and client records, so we can measure attendance and revenue and find clients who have lapsed. We read from your booking system; we do not change anything in it.
- Stripe: payment for your subscription. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
Disconnecting. You can disconnect Instagram from the Social page and Fresha from Settings, and clear your Google Analytics or Search Console connection in Settings. To disconnect Google Business Profile, remove GrowthOS in your Google Account permissions, or ask us. Once a connection ends we stop accessing that platform. Disconnecting Instagram also deletes the Instagram data we hold at once; data already synced from other platforms stays in your account until you ask us to delete it or you close your account (section 10).
6. AI features and approvals
Some features use an AI model provided by Anthropic. AI output can be wrong, so the service is built for you to stay in charge of it:
- Review replies are drafted for you to edit or reject. Automatic publishing is off unless you switch it on in Settings, and then applies only to the reviews and under the rules you choose. A reply published either way appears on Google under your business name.
- The GrowthOS assistant proposes actions, such as a Google post, an email campaign or a change to an ad. Nothing it proposes is carried out until an owner or admin of your organisation approves it.
You are responsible for what you approve or allow to be published. How AI features use your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
7. Your data
Information about your business and your clients remains yours. We process it to provide the service, and on your instructions. Where we handle information about your clients on your behalf, you are the data controller and we act as your processor, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use one customer's data to serve another. Industry comparisons shown in the service come from named, published sources, not from other customers. You can ask for an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@growthosaas.com.
8. Plans and fees
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. The price of each plan is shown before you subscribe, and you pay through Stripe's checkout, in advance, each month. We will tell you before we start charging VAT on top of a price.
You can cancel from the billing page in Settings, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Unless the cancellation screen says otherwise, your plan continues until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it. We may change our prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to you.
Some connected services carry their own costs, charged to you by that provider, for example your advertising spend, your booking system, or email and SMS credits. Those are separate from our fees.
9. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and changes made by connected platforms can all interrupt it.
Figures shown in GrowthOS are derived from the systems you connect. Where those systems are incomplete, delayed or incorrect, our reporting will reflect that. The service supports business decisions and is not financial or legal advice.
10. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time by emailing privacy@growthosaas.com from the address on the account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if your use puts the service, another customer or a connected platform at risk, or if fees remain unpaid after we have asked you to settle them. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
When your account is closed we delete your account and all the data held for your business within one month, as set out in the Privacy Policy, unless the law requires us to keep something. If you want an export first, ask before closing. Replies and posts you published on Google stay there until you remove them.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights we will give reasonable notice, and continuing to use the service after it takes effect means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
